TEA Productions’ mission is to provide national entertainment to special events and festivals throughout the United States.  TEA Productions was formed in 1986 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, by Jack Thibault, pre sident and owner.  For over 20 years, TEA has produced hundreds of festivals and events each year, including in 2008, where 96% of our shows included nationally known music artists and celebrities. 

TEA can provide everything for our clients’ events starting with the national entertainment to complete turnkey operations.

Pre-site Inspection
Provide on-site inspection and consultation, complete with boundary layouts and crowd flow patterns.

Event Management
Maintain contract flow and timeline, setup artist interviews, provide itineraries, oversee and establish internal transportation, backstage security, ticketing, marketing, permits and other integral functions to complete the event.

Event Marketing
Target your customer or attendee with strategic planning and research. Create a unique branding experience with your customers for your event.  Establish traditional and alternative media venues. Establish stronger sponsorship relationships. Develop a strong media strategy.

Production Coordination
Coordinate all facets of stage, sound and lighting functions to make the process seamless.

Event Consultant
Provide experienced guidance to successfully complete your event. Our agents
will walk you through your event and share with you the many years of knowledge our company has accumulated. 

Special Event Planning
Provide concept development, branding, venue booking, set design, traffic control, meet & greets, vendor sites with scheduling and crowd flow, caterers, marketing, audio visual, entertainment : in a nutshell, all production deemed necessary for the event.
